Deleting your data
Last updated: August 15, 2026
This page explains how to disconnect a platform, how to delete your FameHold account and personal data, and what we keep afterwards. It applies to famehold.com and the FameHold service, operated by ROYAL CRUNCH FOODS LLC, doing business as FameHold ("FameHold," "we," "us"). It sits alongside our Privacy Policy and does not replace it.
Disconnecting a platform account
Connecting a social or messaging account is always optional, and you can undo it at any time without deleting your FameHold account.
In FameHold, open your dashboard, go to Profile, find the account under Connected accounts, and choose Disconnect. We ask the platform to revoke our access and then delete the stored token. Removing the connection in the platform's own settings has the same effect.
After disconnecting, we no longer hold any credential for that account and can no longer read anything from it. Verification records for collaborations already completed through that connection remain on the collaboration, because they are the proof that a paid post was delivered.
Deleting your account and personal data
Email hello@famehold.com from the address on your FameHold account and ask us to delete it. Using the account's own email address is how we confirm the request is yours; if you cannot, we will ask you to verify another way before we act.
We confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days. If anything blocks it — an open collaboration, a payment in flight, or an unresolved dispute — we will tell you what it is and when it clears.
What gets deleted
Your account and sign-in identity; your Creator or Business profile, including photos and anything you wrote about yourself; your listed packages and rates; connected platform credentials, along with the account identity, audience numbers, and post information we retrieved through them; your messages and booking notes; and the tracked links and QR codes issued for your collaborations.
Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore an account or its data once the request is complete, so download anything you want to keep first.
What we keep, and why
A small amount of information outlives the account, because deleting it would break a record the law or another person relies on. We keep only what each purpose needs.
Payment and payout records, including invoices and amounts, are kept for the period tax and accounting rules require. Stripe holds transaction records under its own retention obligations, and we cannot delete data from Stripe on your behalf.
Records of completed collaborations are kept where another party has a legitimate interest in them — a Business's proof of what it paid for, or the audit trail behind a released payment or a resolved dispute.
We also keep what we need for safety and fraud prevention, such as a record that an account was removed for abuse, so the same activity cannot simply return under a new signup.
Aggregated and de-identified statistics remain, because they no longer identify you and cannot be traced back to you.
Where we cannot delete something, we restrict it to the purpose that requires it and delete or de-identify it once that purpose ends.
Backups
Deleted data can persist briefly in encrypted backups. Those backups expire on their own schedule, and we do not restore deleted data from them.
Deleting only part of your data
You do not have to delete everything. You can remove individual photos, packages, or connected accounts from your dashboard, or email us to delete a specific piece of information while keeping your account.
