Privacy policy

Last updated: August 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what ROYAL CRUNCH FOODS LLC, doing business as FameHold ("FameHold," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to famehold.com and the FameHold service.

What we collect

On signup, we collect your name or handle, email, city, and audience size.

For booking requests, we collect Business contact details and the information needed to match a Creator.

Stripe handles payment details, and we never store card numbers. Proof-link clicks collect timestamp, anonymized IP, and user agent for fraud prevention.

How we use it

We use your information to run bookings, match Creators and Businesses, send service email, and prevent fraud.

We may use aggregated, de-identified data to understand and improve the service.

Connected platform accounts

If you choose to connect a social or messaging account (for example Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, or a newsletter provider), that platform asks you to approve the access first, and you can decline. Connecting is always optional.

When you connect an account we store an access token for it, encrypted, so we can confirm you own the account and check that a paid post actually went out. We read only what is needed for that: your account or channel identity, your public follower or subscriber count, and the posts covered by a booking. We do not read private messages, and we never post, edit, or delete anything on your behalf.

Tokens are never shown in our app or returned by our API. You can disconnect a platform at any time from your dashboard, which revokes our access and deletes the stored token. Removing the connection in the platform's own settings has the same effect.

We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with other users beyond what your public profile already shows.

Cookies and tracking

We and our providers use cookies and similar technology to keep you signed in, remember settings, and measure how the service is used. You can control cookies in your browser, though some features may not work without them. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

What we never do

We do not sell your data, scrape your platforms, or post on your behalf.

Third parties

We use Stripe for payments, MongoDB Atlas for hosting data, Resend for email, and Cloudflare and Railway for infrastructure.

These providers only receive the data needed to do their job and are bound by their own terms and privacy commitments.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After that we keep only what we need for legal, tax, safety, or fraud-prevention reasons, then delete or de-identify the rest.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Email us to see or delete your data. We may keep records that we need for legal, safety, or fraud-prevention reasons.

California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access or deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, email hello@famehold.com.

Children

FameHold is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy by posting a new version with a new "last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
