Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and ROYAL CRUNCH FOODS LLC, doing business as FameHold ("FameHold," "we," "us"). By creating an account, booking a Creator, or otherwise using FameHold, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What FameHold is

FameHold is a booking service that connects local Creators with Businesses that want to hire them.

FameHold processes payment and verifies delivery so both sides can book with clearer expectations.

FameHold is a marketplace and payment facilitator, not a party to the agreement between a Creator and a Business. Each booking is a direct agreement between those two parties. We are not responsible for the acts, content, or performance of any Creator or Business.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use FameHold.

If you use FameHold on behalf of a Business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that Business to these Terms.

Accounts

You agree to give accurate information and keep one account per person.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, misrepresent identity, or try to harm other users.

Bookings and payment

Creators set their own prices. Businesses pay the Creator price plus a service fee shown at checkout.

Payment is held until the post is live, as described in the Refund policy.

Fees and service charges are shown before you confirm a booking. Except as required by law or stated in the Refund policy, payments are non-refundable once a booking is fulfilled.

Taxes

Creators are independent and responsible for their own taxes on money they earn through FameHold. FameHold does not withhold taxes and may report earnings where required by law. Businesses are responsible for any taxes on their own purchases.

Creator obligations

Creators must post the agreed content on the agreed date and keep it live for at least 7 days.

Creators must follow platform rules and FTC disclosure rules, including labeling paid posts, for example with #ad.

Content

You own what you upload. You give FameHold permission to share that content with the matched party for the booking.

You also grant FameHold a limited license to use, host, and display your content as needed to operate and promote the service.

You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload and for making sure it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

FameHold intellectual property

The FameHold name, logo, software, and site are owned by ROYAL CRUNCH FOODS LLC and protected by law. These Terms do not give you any right to use our brand or software except to use the service as intended.

Prohibited uses

Do not use FameHold for fake engagement, misleading ads, illegal content, harassment, or anything that breaks platform rules.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any booking, result, reach, or outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, FameHold is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold FameHold harmless from claims and costs arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using FameHold at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm FameHold or its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Disputes

We would rather resolve any issue directly, so please contact us first at hello@famehold.com. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be handled under the laws of Florida, USA, in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you agree to that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version. Continued use of FameHold means you accept the updated terms.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and FameHold about the service.
